Refund Policy for Blackridge Investments LLC
Blackridge Investments LLC, operating the Normality brand, provides digital software, account-based access, licenses, downloads, and related services. Because these products are digital, access-controlled, and often delivered immediately after payment, refunds are limited and all purchases are generally considered final.
All sales are final unless a refund is required by law or the Company expressly approves an exception in writing.
Purchasing, activating, or using a license means you accept that refunds are not guaranteed.
1. General No-Refund Rule
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases of licenses, software access, downloads, upgrades, extensions, and related digital products are non-refundable. Once payment has been received and the license or related access has been issued, the transaction is treated as final.
2. License Activation and Account Access
By purchasing a license, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information, pricing, duration, and related legal documents before checkout. Once a license has been activated, attached to an account, or made available for use or download, you are not entitled to a refund merely because you change your mind, no longer wish to use the software, or decide that the product is not suitable for your preferences.
3. Product Status, Compatibility, and Testing Builds
You are responsible for reviewing the product page, status page, system expectations, and any available public information before purchasing. The Company may provide status visibility, including labels such as Testing, Frozen, Risky, or Detected, to help users make informed decisions.
If a product or release is marked Testing, the Beta Test Agreement also applies. Testing products are used at your own risk and are not guaranteed to qualify for refunds because they may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to change.
The Company may offer free builds, status data, or other public indicators so that users can evaluate compatibility or current product state before buying. Failure to review those materials does not create a refund right.
4. Service Interruptions and Temporary Unavailability
The Company may, in its sole discretion, offer additional license time, credits, or similar account adjustments in response to qualifying outages, maintenance windows, or extended periods where a product is frozen or unavailable. Such remedies, if offered, are discretionary and do not create an obligation to issue a refund.
Temporary interruptions, updates, maintenance, platform security responses, loader changes, provider outages, or third-party platform issues do not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
5. Fraudulent Transactions and Payment Abuse
If the Company detects payment fraud, unauthorized transactions, abuse of the payment process, or other suspicious purchase activity, it may suspend or terminate account access, revoke licenses, cancel pending delivery, refuse future transactions, and take other protective action. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied entirely to the extent permitted by law.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or unauthorized-payment claim after receiving digital access, a license, or related services may result in immediate termination of your account, revocation of licenses, and restriction of future use of the Site or Services. The Company reserves the right to challenge chargebacks and to provide supporting records to payment providers, processors, financial institutions, or other relevant parties.
7. Discretionary Exceptions
The Company may, but is not required to, grant a refund, partial refund, credit, or alternative remedy in limited cases at its sole discretion. Any such exception does not waive this Policy, does not create a precedent, and does not obligate the Company to offer the same result in any later case.
8. Changes to This Policy
The Company may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on this page or elsewhere on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Services after such updates indicates acceptance of the revised Policy.
